Call or WhatsApp 01894581956 at any hour. Below are the answers we give most often.
How long does delivery take?
About one day inside Dhaka and about two days elsewhere in Bangladesh, counted from when we confirm the order with you — not from when you click the button. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp first.
What does delivery cost?
৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Orders over ৳5,000 are delivered free anywhere in the country.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, everywhere in Bangladesh. You can also pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer if you prefer — send to 01894581956 and give us the transaction ID at checkout.
How do I know the product is in stock?
Everything listed on this site is stocked in Paribag. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation call, we will tell you immediately and you will not be charged.
Which microphone works with my phone?
The receiver plugs into your charging port, so it depends on your phone — USB-C for most Android phones and recent iPhones, Lightning for older iPhones. Tell us your phone model when you order and we will send the right version.
Can I see something before buying?
Yes. Come to Motalib 1205 Plaza, 3rd Floor, Shop 469, Paribag, Dhaka. For anything above ৳3,000 we would rather you handled it first.
Do you give a discount for buying several items?
Yes. Pick two or more products and message us on WhatsApp — we quote a package price before you order rather than after.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it. Do not send anything back before messaging us, because we need to arrange the courier.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Use the order tracking page with your order number and mobile number, or just message us on WhatsApp — we can usually tell you exactly where the parcel is.
