What to do if something arrives wrong, broken, or is not what you expected.
Check the parcel on arrival
Open the parcel in front of the courier where you can. If something is visibly damaged or is the wrong item, that is by far the easiest moment to resolve it.
Damaged or wrong items
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return courier ourselves. You do not pay twice for our mistake.
Please do not post anything back before contacting us — we need to arrange collection so the parcel does not go missing.
Faulty within warranty
If a product develops a fault in normal use, contact us with the order number and a short description or video of the problem. We will test it and replace or repair it where the fault is a manufacturing defect.
Changed your mind
An unused item in its original packaging can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Return courier costs are yours in this case, and we cannot exchange an item that has been used, marked or has missing accessories.
If you are unsure whether something is right for you, message us before you order. We would rather spend ten minutes on WhatsApp than process a return.
What we cannot take back
- Items that have been used beyond testing
- Items missing packaging, cables or accessories
- Damage caused by drops, water or incorrect voltage
- Items reported more than 3 days after delivery
