Delivery & shipping
How and when your order reaches you.
Charges
- Inside Dhaka — ৳80
- Outside Dhaka — ৳120
- Orders over ৳5,000 — free anywhere in Bangladesh
Timing
Inside Dhaka, orders normally arrive about one day after we confirm them. Outside Dhaka, about two days.
Confirmation is the starting point, not checkout. We call or message every customer before dispatch to check the address and stock, so an order placed late at night starts its clock the next morning.
Couriers
We use established national courier services. Once a parcel is handed over, delivery timing is in their hands; we can always tell you which service has it and when it was collected.
Addresses
Please give a full address including area or thana and a mobile number that will be answered. The single most common cause of a delayed delivery is an unreachable phone, not a slow courier.
Outside Bangladesh
We currently deliver only within Bangladesh.
