The basis on which we sell to you.
Orders
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The sale is confirmed when we contact you by phone or WhatsApp and confirm stock and address. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the address is not reachable, or we cannot verify the order.
Prices
Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include any applicable taxes. We keep the site accurate, but if a price is listed in obvious error we will tell you before dispatch rather than silently charging the higher amount.
Prices can change. The price that applies is the one confirmed with you when we accept your order.
Product information
Specifications are provided by the manufacturer and are described as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; colour on a screen is never an exact match for a physical object.
Where a photograph shows a third-party device to illustrate compatibility, that device is not included and is not being offered for sale.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. bKash, Nagad and bank transfer are accepted before dispatch; give us the transaction ID at checkout so we can match your payment to your order.
Warranty and liability
Products are covered for manufacturing defects as described on the returns page. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed content, lost income or missed events — arising from a delayed or faulty item.
Nothing here limits rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
