What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, district and — if you give it — your email address. If you pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer we also store the transaction ID you provide.

That is all. We do not ask for your date of birth, your national ID or anything else we do not need to deliver a parcel.

Why we collect it

To confirm the order with you, to deliver it, and to be able to find it again if you contact us about it later. Your phone number is also how our courier reaches you.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone
• We do not store card numbers — we never see them
• We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking
• We do not share your address beyond the courier delivering your parcel

This website

Your cart is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device until you place an order. The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking scripts run on it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it once any open order is complete. Message plokamabd@gmail.com or 01894581956.
