Common questions
Ring light or panel for live selling?
A ring light if you are the subject and want the softest face light. A panel if you are showing products, because a ring reflects a visible circle in anything glossy.
How do I stop the phone overheating?
Keep it out of direct light, remove the case, and do not charge and stream at once if you can avoid it. A stand with an open back helps more than people expect.
What about sound in a busy shop?
A clip-on lavalier. Its microphone sits 20cm from your mouth instead of two metres, so the shop drops away behind you.
